Capability
An operating picture of the hospital, drawn from the work.
Falcon is the analytics layer, and it is built on the governed record rather than on an export of it.
Most hospital reporting is a copy of a copy: a warehouse loaded overnight from systems that disagree, read by people who cannot trace a number back to the event that produced it. Pensieve removes that step. The figures are computed from the same record the ward, the lab and the billing desk are writing to.
That makes two things possible. A number can be opened to the events behind it, and the picture is current rather than a description of yesterday.
Sentinel sits beside it: rules over the same record raise clinical and operational alerts, with acknowledgement and escalation recorded.
