Clinical analysis in Pensieve runs over the record itself, so a cohort is defined by coded data that was captured as part of care rather than re-entered for a study. Falcon carries the analysis packs and the per-patient view that goes with them.

Where the analysis is useful at the moment of a decision, it informs the checks Forge runs at the point of the order. Nothing here overrides a clinician, and every check is recorded with the order it applied to.
