Glyph, in detail

The hospital writes its own forms.

Glyph is the form builder and fill engine, so the documentation a specialty needs is built by the people who use it rather than requested from a vendor.

A form in Glyph is versioned, bound to real data and evaluated on the server, so its logic cannot be bypassed by the browser. It attaches to the patient in Atlas, and a calculated value on it can drive a Sentinel rule or appear in a Falcon metric without being copied anywhere.

Scribe is the assisted-fill part of Glyph. It drafts from what the clinician says and what the record already holds, and a person signs. The signature, the author and the timestamp are written with the entry.

Powerful. Responsible. Pensieve.
