Gate carries the whole care cycle as one sequence on one record, so a visit is a single object from the front desk to the discharge summary.
A patient is registered once. Every later step of the visit, an outpatient appointment, an admission, a transfer between wards, a discharge, attaches to that same person rather than opening a new identity in a new system.
Because the visit is one object, the clinical record Atlas holds, the orders Forge carries and the bill Vault raises all point at it. There is nothing to reconcile afterwards, because nothing was written twice.
