Inside Pensieve
The digital twin of the hospital.
Nexus holds the operational model of the institution: the organisation, its sites, the locations and physical assets inside each one, and the units the work is organised into.
Every other tool needs to know where it is. A ward, a theatre, a bed, an analyser, a department, a site: each is a modelled object in Nexus rather than a string typed into a form. That model is the digital twin of the hospital, and it is what makes an order, a transfer or a metric refer to somewhere real.
Because the structure is data, a hospital can change it. A new site, a renamed unit or a moved asset is a change to the twin, and every tool reads the change at once.
Nexus is also where the authorization manager lives. Roles and permissions are defined against the same structure they apply to, and Cirith enforces them on every read and every write.
