Transplant
A transplant is the most heavily documented thing an Indian hospital does. The authorisation committee, the statutory forms, the donor workup and the recipient workup have to be produced together, and any one of them missing stops the operation on the morning it was due.
A protocol spanning two patients and a statute has to be an object, or it is a folder.

Holding two patients in one protocol is an access problem as much as a clinical one.
Every action is decided against every record.
