Six months of the real work.

The Mithril Fellowship is six months at Pensieve on the regular package. Fellows are paid on the same terms as anyone on the team, work under the same conditions, and are held to the same expectations.

From the first week you own work with real consequence, and what you ship reaches a hospital. The fellowship has no side project set aside for fellows, because the team has no work of that kind to give.

Exceptional people at any stage: a student, a graduate, someone who never went to college, someone changing direction late. The name on your degree, if you have one, decides nothing here.

Two things hold for every fellow. You can already show us work we can read, and you understand at least one thing all the way down.

You join the team and do the work the team does, for six months. At the end there is a decision, made in both directions, about whether you stay.

Most fellows who perform receive a full offer, and choosing fellows who will perform is our job before it is theirs.

Apply from this page. The application asks for your personal website and your GitHub profile, and someone on the team reads it. If the work compels a conversation, the fellowship follows the same process as every role.
